"The hotel property was VERY run down and poorly maintained. The lock on my sliding glass door was broken and held together by duct tape (I was on the ground floor!). In addition, it was raining all night and the gutter just outside my motel room door leaked water all night, sounding like someone was taking a shower ALL night long."
